Sfingy’s derives its name from a sfinge, a Moroccan style doughnut made from unsweetened, unleavened dough, a tribute to the originality and diversity of selection to be found at the bakery, including doughnut holes based off the sfinge style doughnuts. In addition, the team at Sfingy’s offers delicacies from croissants, waffles, muffins, cookies, crepes, smoothies, and more. The true icing-on-the-cake among this is that all of Sfingy’s delicious products are pareve and contain no milk ingredients or preservatives. The bakery has expanded to other alternatives to service each of its customers’ unique needs, including several vegan options available at their store.
The team behind Sfingy’s is always introducing new ideas to encourage their customers to return for new and seasonal offerings, including the initiative to expand their gluten-free and vegan options and their upcoming new selection of sufganiyot (jelly doughnuts) debuting just in time for the Chanukah season.
