Please be advised that we may update the list throughout the season if necessary.
The latest additions or changes are written in green.
Note: Only Establishments and items that are explicitly stated on this list, are certified MK Yoshon. Unless listed “everything is Yoshon” products that are not listed are not certified Yoshon.
As a general rule all Bridor products such as panini, ciabatta, artisan bread and baguettes are not Yoshon (note: Yoshon bakeries and caterers generally serve them) Pita Royal is commonly available at restaurants as a Yoshon option.

Fried item policy: Coated french fries and anything fried in their oil is not certified yoshon, this includes non-coated french fries and other fried items such as vegetables and cheese sticks. When MK certifies everything as Yoshon this includes the french fries and other fried items as well.

ADAR – Bakery and catering is Yoshon. Wraps are Yoshon. All bridor products such as panini, ciabatta bread and baguettes are not Yoshon.
ADIR COOKIES – Everything is Yoshon with the exception of new oatmeal cookie production. Chodosh cookies are labled Chodosh.
AMAZIN’ GLAZIN’ – Everything is Yoshon.
BENNY ET  FILS – Bread: Pita and laffa only are Yoshon.  Food: Everything Yoshon except Chinese food, noodles and eggrolls
BESO – Breads, croissants and chocolat croissants  only are Yoshon.
BEST SIMCHA – Baked Goods only are Yoshon.
BSTRO – Store baked bread and pastry only are Yoshon. Baguettes, pom bread and Moroccan pastry are not Yoshon.
CANKO GROUP (NEW HOMEMADE) –  Danishes only are Yoshon.
CHEZKIES – Everything is Yoshon.
CITÉ CACHÈRE – Bakery is Yoshon excluding Bridor products. Note: Cite Cachere has Yoshon soft wheat for sale. Please verify codes prior to purchase.
DISTRICT BAGEL –  Everything is Yoshon.
FLEUR DE LYS – Bread and pastry only are Yoshon. Catered events are Yoshon upon request. MK should be notified in advance.
KOSHER PIZZA BAR –  Pizza only is Yoshon.
KOSHER QUALITY –  Everything is Yoshon.
LA MARGUERITE – – Bread and pastry only are Yoshon.  All bridor products such as panini, ciabatta bread and baguettes are not Yoshon. 
LE FALAFEL- Everything is Yoshon besides shnitzel and baguettes. 
MIMIMELON –Bread and pastry only are Yoshon. Bridor Baguettes and Baguette crackers are not Yoshon
MONTREAL KOSHER – Everything is Yoshon.
ONE STOP KOSHER –   Everything is Yoshon.
PITA ROYAL – Everything is Yoshon.
PIZZA GOURMETTI –  Everything is Yoshon.
PIZZA PITA PRIME – Food: Pizza, calizone, Falafel, borekas, fish burger, veggie burgers and garlic knots only are Yoshon. Bread: Pita, baguette and wraps only are Yoshon. See header regarding frech fries and fried item policy.
RENFELL’S BAKERY –  Everything is Yoshon.
SFINGY’S –  Yoshon. Except oat milk used for coffee and Rice krispie squares. (Any toppings other than double chocolate and vanilla cookies are not certified Yoshon)
TATY’S PIZZA –  Pizza and regular fries only are Yoshon. Spicy fries are not Yoshon (They are oven baked and therefore do not affect regular fries)
THE BREADERY MONTREAL – Everything is Yoshon.
WEISS CATERING – Yoshon by request only. MK should be notified in advance.
WESTMINSTER GOURMET – Bread and pastry only are Yoshon.  All bridor products such as panini, ciabatta bread and baguettes are not Yoshon.
YANKY’S PIZZA – Everything is Yoshon besides the french fries.
